Wash your Mung bean seeds thoroughly, then soak them in water at room temperature overnight.
Next morning rinse your bean seeds and place them inside a growing container or glass jar, covered with cheesecloth.
Place your container out of direct sunlight.
Repeat the rinse and drain of your bean seeds at least once each day, every 8 hours is preferable if you have the time.
Sprouts will begin to appear after two days, and it takes around five days for longer sprouts to develop.
