Yes, you can start the growth of a dwarf sunflower inside your house using this small ceramic pot. Gardeners begin sowing when the weather starts to get warm, normally in early March but this white ceramic pot and seeds can be used indoors throughout the year. It's a great gift idea for parties, weddings, and christenings too and you can personalise each pot with a little sticker or tag.

- 1 white ceramic pot measuring 6 cm in diameter
- 1 cake of dried coconut fibre earth
- 1 bag of dwarf sunflower seeds 'Sunspot'

Cultivation method
- Rehydrate the coconut earth chip, break up with your fingers and keep back a small amount for later.
- Fill the pot and plant the seeds spacing them regularly.
- Cover with a fine layer of the coconut fibre that you kept back and pack in lightly.
- Water in a fine stream with a hand sprayer.
- Keep warm to 18 ? C
- After sprouting, keep the best plant. 15 days later you can repot it into a larger container where it can grow until May and then replant in a balcony planter or directly in the garden.

Our advice: Place the sunflower in full light or, better still, facing the sun and keep it well watered.
