Growing method:
- Prepare coco pellets: place fertilized coco pellets in the T-cup and pour lukewarm water over them. Let the pellets absorb the water and swell, then crumble them gently with your hands to create a light, airy substrate.
- Sowing: spread the bean seeds evenly over the potting soil surface. Press the seeds lightly into the substrate and tamp gently to ensure good contact with the soil.
- Watering: Keep the peat pellets constantly moist by watering regularly, taking care not to over-wet the substrate. Preferably use demineralized water. Take care not to let the soil dry out.
- Germination time: the first bean sprouts start to emerge within a few days.
- Observation and monitoring: Encourage children to observe their plantings closely every day and note any changes they observe. This will help them understand the process of germination and plant growth in an interactive and educational way.
