Composition:

2 watertight plastic trays
2 FSC paper animals to assemble
2 pieces of blotting paper
1 bag of organic watercress seeds

How to grow :

Sowing: sprinkle the seeds onto moist, loose coconut soil in a dense, spreading manner to cover the soil without the seeds overlapping too much. Seeds are mucilaginous, and it's normal for them to stick together if the soil is damp. Gently cover the seeds with fertilized coconut soil.
Watering: ideally, use rainwater or filtered (chlorine-free) water. Prefer light rainfall, ideally using a hand-held sprayer, to keep the soil just moist, but not waterlogged, throughout the growing process. Think of the soil as a wet sponge, then wring it out. Don't let the soil dry out.
Germination: expose to sunlight behind glass, without heating, to encourage rapid and abundant germination. Watercress germinates within 24 hours, and your head will have hair in 3 days.
Transplanting: there's no need to transplant, as the crop can be sown or planted directly.
