Growing instructions:
Watercress:
- Sowing: all year round indoors, or from March to September outdoors. Sow seeds on the surface of soil or moist cotton and keep consistently moist.
- Germination: very fast, 3–5 days.
- Harvest: a few days after germination, cut the young shoots to eat fresh.
Sunflower:
- Sowing: from April to June, directly in the ground or in pots. Sow 2–3 cm deep and space seeds if planting multiple.
- Exposure: full sun.
- Watering: regularly, especially during growth.
- Flowering: from July to September, large decorative yellow flowers, attractive to pollinators.
Nasturtium:
- Sowing: from April to June, in pots or directly in the ground. Place seeds 2 cm deep.
- Exposure: sun or partial shade.
- Watering: moderate but regular.
- Flowering: from June until the first frost, colorful edible flowers that attract pollinators.
